It was great to get our heads in the game, and got us to move quicker to get a house (since we were basically forced to get a pre-approved loan in order to tour houses...).

Its not all fun and games like at the meet and greet events.

I don't think anyone has ever said anything about sheets, towels, Keurigs, wifi speed, tv stations, pack-n-plays, the games in the game room, the upgraded appliances, etc.

Stay consistent, set clear goals, and remember real estate is a long-term game that rewards patience and persistence!

When it comes to a lifestyle property, it's another ball game and all the comments you wrote make total sense, especially for people who like similar things in life.

So I require skin in the game (average is 5% to 15%) to offset this.
