Spent alot of my childhood in MD and can put boots on the ground very easily with family and friends in the area or I can be there myselfin about 2 hours.

I grew up in Franklin and went to college in Meadville but have since moved down to Pittsburgh for work (actually writing this at my childhood home).

Treat this process as if you were looking for a bride that you will marry -  and/or groom, for the ladies. ;-)Be very selective! 

I have 2 small children, both under the age of 4 and I am looking to create a lifestyle where I can create my own schedule and afford them a lifestyle where they can have their mom and dad present for their childhood.

.- 2000 SQFT 2 story home- built in 1995- current owner bought it for 350,000 in 2002- currently listed for 670,000- on a court (very desirable neighborhood)- 71 days on the market- very low maintenance lot- turn key- listed 75 days (she dropped the price 10k at the beginning of the month)I literally just got an LLC this week so starting to really start to look and I was chatting with a childhood friend on Facebook and she wants to move back to Dallas where her daughter lives (where I am originally from, I am now 5 miles from her current home)Her husband passed away 2 years ago and kids are grown. 

Of course I couldn'tdo this alone, my beautiful bride has supported me throughout all of this, knowing Iwas doing what I was doing to make a better future for us and our kids.

Sorry a little "Princess Bride" came out there ;)  Anyway, whoever put the concrete in did not do a good job, because there are places where it puddles.
