Advice for investing in Baltimore MD

Extremely new to the forums. I want to know if there are any investors heavily investing in the Baltimore MD area. I am currently looking to pick up 1 or 2 properties there and would love some pro insight from seasoned investors. Even open to partnering up on a deal if that would be worth the time.

Before investing in Baltimore City make sure you understand the eviction process and all the requirements. Baltimore City is extremely tenant friendly and the current eviction time line is over 6 months if you do everything correctly.
One mistake and you will be starting over. Tenant screening is critical to your success.
