The newbie ones I certainly can relate to more and find more relevant to me but it’s inspiring to hear about the big guys too.

My most recent business success was building a certified child care center, which was inspired by my 3 year old daughter. 

Either way this is a great place to be and biggerpockets has lots of inspiration!

Not to mention the inspiration from all the great stories, as well as the red flags and potential land mines you learn about that you’ll want to keep an eye out for.

I'm up to the chapter on finding a solid real estate agent, which inspired this message on BP!

My family's 50 year old restaurant sits on half the lot, and for the other half  I have this idea that I could create a Small Shoppee created of Tiny store fronts... check out my inspiration photo: Does anyone know of this being done else where?
