Also the city airport is landlocked by cemeteries. 

In the North.....the proposed expansion of Inter-Continental Airport has caused stagnant growth in as many as 6 to 10 different communties as homeowners wait in limbo wondering whether or not they will have to drink the imminent domain Kool-Aid.I actually live north of Houston in Conroe.

I work right by JeffCo airport.

I work in JAX airport and for as small as it is we have 2....starbucks in thereone befoer security and one right after, i guess they figured since you would have to get rid of your coffee before you go through screening, you could just buy another on the other side :roll:

I read that they are putting in a new airport there for business means but it will also be a small hub for travel and leisure for the general public.

These days he mostly flies by himself to stay current, though the kids think it's a treat to go to breakfast (usually chocolate chip pancakes) with dad at another airport.

FedEx is finishing a large distribution center near the airport in Henderson now.

I believe the rumor is that the airport is buying up a lot of the houses and the surrounding home values will tank. best of luck! 

I don't think I could have bought homes in Texas like I did ATL and doubled my money in 3 years or less... that was my point when writing on the out of country blogsPS will be in Atlanta airport in a few hours to fly back to Portland been a nice week on the road checking all my markets out..
