In substance (and this is how the Government might look at it), it appears that you are receiving the 4 lots simply as taxable compensation for your property development activities.

Since one unit is flushing fine and no back up and the other unit is backing up into the tub it indicates that the clog is localized at that unit and should not be far beyond the actual toilet drain seeing that the other unit is not affected.So if this is the case, that means you probably have no issues with tree roots or a collapsed line but rather some type of substance that is clogging up the immediate drain.Was an auger (snake) ran through the line?

From what I can see, I would have a right to evict them for their unlawful possession of controlled substances, not that I am planning to do that at this point.

I am totally fine if someone does not want to share specific details but coming here and bragging about what they're doing or have done without any substance...it's quite unprofessional imo.
