I first want to say that I am a new participant in the community but I have followed you guys since Brian ran all the pods(Ha!)

It's a smaller, family-friendly community that draws a ton of repeat vacationers (families will book the same place year after year).

Hey BiggerPockets Community,As we kick off 2025, I’m curious to hear from investors across the board—what strategies are you focusing on this year, where are you implementing them, and why?

., I think there's a lot to building a "community" like feel for your tenants that may include events, giveaways, etc., to get them to engage with you and elevate their living experience.  

I have always imagined getting to the point where I could hold/ run a small community of mountain cabin rentals or a guest house, something along those lines.Thanks,Chad  Yes I meant AirBnb and Mid-term rentals, rent by the room, glamping (although I probably wouldn't go that route), buying commercial RE and running a business (for me that would be a lot of work with a W2 job and buying property locally or leasing out a space is expensive here). 

Our STR/MTR portfolio typically sees around 80% occupancy, and I’ve noticed that the online travel booking sites often push properties with consistently great guest experiences.
