Yourporter (creates a direct booking interface, handles communication, and can handle turnover appointing)3.

Once you get that in place they should be your guide and the interface with the title co for the 1031.

I currently use Stessa for expenses and used cozy for tenant interface.

It has a messaging feature, customizable applications, you can sign a lease through them, and a better interface.

We're having a few minor issues that are accumulating for us: Addresses not rendering in Apartments.com exactly as they were in Cozy, not excited about Apartment.com's interface, slow customer service responsiveness.
