Looking for 1031 Exchange Help

I'm looking to do a 1031 exchange on a sale coming up soon, and I'm looking for an intermediary and realized I'm not really sure what I should be looking for. Can someone help explain what kinds of things I should be checking to make sure the intermediary is good and I'm not overpaying?

Hi Kyle,
I've done a couple 1031s and have used @Dave Foster for them. Send him a DM and I'm sure he can help you out. Do this early as you need your ducks in a row to get the benefit of the 1031.
