I invest in a couple syndications (family dollar stores) through an RIA and he has told me that, in spite of his efforts to the contrary, many of his clients never read the offering materials...and the others vet them extensively, along with their legal counsel.

It is not defined elsewhere and in spite of any glaring contradictions, the city, nor the 90lb suit they put in front of the camera to represent the DA’s office can admit these contradictions because alas, they work in their favor.

I assume some negotiation (and likely buy-out payment) would be necessary to get the HOA to issue a quitclaim deed or something to vacate their title claim, similar to the agreement signed between lender and HOA previously.Are there other issues that could exist that would make you avoid this property completely, in spite of the potential profit?
