Best Website for Home Comparables?

Wondering what the best websites are for doing home comps. I know most agents use MLS. Sites like Zilliow can be so far off at times. I am told that each City has a preferred listing / comp. site. The cities that I am focused on are Austin, TX, Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, and Charlotte, NC.
