Hi all,I am in the process of immigrating to Vancouver, Canada.

I haven't found anything like it.The minus is that the food costs, taxes, gas prices, immigration, and other stuff appear to be out of control.  

The homeless issue, the illegal immigrants, tax hikes, failing infrastructure, mass exodus of people leaving the state, diseases popping up that we haven’t seen in ages, push for low income/affordable housing and the fact that it’s a tenant friendly state.

If I create an LLC and take out a loan and rent it out afterward, the rental income would look like self-employment income and my immigration lawyer advised me against going the LLC route.

I am not white, I came from hard working, immigrant parents I am also considered a minority.

there is poor yield in the stock market - and with the influx of immigrants places to live seem to b in demand - where is it located Albany proper?

If we're making up the difference with immigration, then we won't see much impact of this.
