Look up the costs of materials for various things (Flooring, cabinets, granite, shower tile, vanities, fixtures, fans, windows, doors, baseboards, etc) and then look up the local flooring installers, cabinet installers, countertop fabricators, shower tilers, window installers, etc. and ask them how much they charge for labor on certain things.

We are looking for handyman that's skilled in the areas of construction and know how to manage and be responsible for  area of drywall, painting, small plumbing, small electric, small roofing repairs and fixture installation.

If anyone would like to meet up, I'd love to buy you a cup of coffee and pick your brain.

The property has 1 move in ready side and one side that is just drywalled - not a cabinet, sink, or fixture to be seen!

-No holes in any doors, walls, or ceilings-Fire alarms and CO2 detectors in good working order-Lightbulbs working, and all light fixtures in good repair.

The lighting fixtures should be updated or spray painted to look new.

It needs interior and exterior paint, new fixtures and appliances along with some new shelving and dry wall, and of course some yard work.

Here's how you find the right person to ask:1 - Go in that room with all the porcelain plumbing fixtures. 2 - Turn on the light3 - Look just over that fixture with the water in it. 

Ask if you can buy them a cup of coffee and be taken under their wings.
