FL Hospital just built a beautiful new campus off of Marden Rd near the 414/429 toll road interchange and are in talks to develop the surrounding vacant land into a lake Nona style medical village type plan.

@Yusuf Salloum I do agree that in time we will see some gentrification on West side in North and South Lawndale/Little Village, but make no mistake there is a section in North Lawndale that is very dangerous which is beat 1011.

The hot neighborhoods you will hear about in the city are Indian Village, and West Village which are just east of downtown.

Early on before there's a vast real estate empire running on auto-pilot, no one really has the energy to navigate both the entity guru stuff AND actually grow their real estate business.

Can't they do this with most online payment systems with the exception of an auto payment direct from the bank?
