Can landscaping be upgraded or trimmed back?

You wouldn't hire an unlicensed HVAC installer, or unlicensed plumber, you certainly couldn't hire a handful of Landscape companies to come out and trim your shrubs and let you decided which company did the best shrub.  

All trim is pine.

The good thing about removal is you don't need a real arborist to do it (as opposed to trimming a large tree- well worth paying for the arborist in that scenario IMO).

I also give them common examples of deductions that may occur due to ripping out floors for pet urine; trim/door damage; pet odors etc..

The home is in pretty good shape- just tons of crazy wall paper, pink trim, and bright red carpet.

Not sure if she wipes door trim and baseboard.  

What condition are the walls, ceilings, trim, floors in?
