I have a few SFR rentals and recently sold a few of my SFR making me cash rich but I am having a hard time finding good buy and hold deals on the MLS or loopnet for bothe SFR or multifamily.  

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad 3 years ago was hooked.

Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad has led us to think that real-estate has to be part of that mix.

I suggest reading a book called ' Rich Dad Poor Dad ' during the early stages. 

Since he specializes in REO properties he doesn't do traditional real estate.

Rinse and repeat a few years until you have a few multis and then use that cashflow to buy even more.Getting rich is not an overnight thing but it is very easy in america to get rich over 5 years with patience, hard work and diligence.

I am not cash rich but I am creative & determined to learn more.
