Do many people live on the other side of I-75 near The Oaks Mall?

I’m currently under contract on a multifamily in Oak Park. 

Aside from that, I recommend you establish an Assistance Animal Policy that provides additional reasonable elements that must be followed, such as requiring a current veterinarian's report; requiring spay/neuter unless contra-indicated by the veterinarian; identifying chip or collar; and, in the case of a Multifamily property, animal must be carried or in a carrier when in confined common areas such as elevators and stairwells, unless doing so interferes with the animal's task or service for the disabled person.

But I'm told if it gets chipped, it's expensive/hard to fix nicely.

In my area (MA) they don't like chipped paint.I actually had to paint the stairs of my first duplex BEFORE I even owned it.

So in your example being in Houston, this would be like rather than being fully paid off with a Garden Oaks investment house, you're putting 60% down on two heights houses + $15-20k of reno in each.

I was going to put some money into a Live Oak Bank savings account at 3.5%, but the COF CD at 5% is probably better!
