As to the LLC, your house itself does not be be in an LLC for tax deductions, nor does your investment business need to be incorporated.  

Another point, some leases incorporate a landlord policy, this can be adopted, changed and modify a lease in cases where notice of changes might be made, adopted if not contested, if that is the case ask to see all policies and changes during the term of her lease, request it in writing. 

I also have my business incorporated so can I put any properties under my business name and would that be beneficial?

Also, don't worry about a website or incorporating your business until AFTER your first deal.

Hello,I'm getting ready to do my first deal, and was thinking about proceeding with getting an LLC.I attended a Fortune Builders event several months ago, and was contacted by a company called Nevada Corporate Headquarters who proceeded to tell me that I "HAD" to incorporate in Nevada because of various reasons. 

I feel like a sponge ready to absorb all different type of practices and then incorporating them to make my own strategy.

I am interested in less than or equal to 4-plexes to start as a way to house hack then move to single family homes, build a portfolio, then incorporate more multi family homes. 

I've got a lot of experience with PM in corporate life, from location, build/construction oversight all the way down to electrical and technology deployment, etc., etc.

The terms are not comprehensive and we expect that additional terms will be incorporated into a formal agreement to be negotiated.
