Hi all! My name is Josh and I am a newbie from Carlisle, PA. My current career is in Insurance Claims, but I am looking to get started in Real Estate as a way to generate cash flow and make investments. I am interested in less than or equal to 4-plexes to start as a way to house hack then move to single family homes, build a portfolio, then incorporate more multi family homes. Through my progression and education from this, I plan to also incorporate flips into my business in the future. It is my goal to reach full financial freedom by the time I reach 40 years old. I love to hear the naysayers say that real estate is more of a headache than it is worth, and it is not a good investment. However, smart INVESTING is a way to circumvent the headaches and build a nest egg and beyond. I am motivated to get started in real estate and I have the work ethic and desire to turn this into a successful operation. If you are in the Carlisle/Harrisburg, PA area, reach out and lets start networking!
