@Anirudh Reddygoing to be a huge grind trying to cash flow off properties in that price range as others have said.if you're part of a couple you will have more flexibility in terms of sources of income.

I was laid off in December and would like to start investing full time (because I don't want to go back to that corporate grind ever again!).

Ordinances regarding parking and noise are very strict and the consequences for violations are draconian. 2 or 3 incidents and you lose your certificate and you are done.

Oh well, at least it should make it a little easier to grind through the almost-twice-as-long Oregon licensing course (150 hrs...wow!)

Some of my favourite moments are when Josh grinds the guests a little forcefully about actual dollars and profit.

Just have to keep grinding and get create with your marketing, no matter what the market is there will always be people that need to sell fast for cash!

All of my other properties are single family houses rented long term to professionals.Since this apartment is brand new, and I live in the upper two floors of the house, I'm worried about potential damage and noise.  

I also have a small sensor monitoring noise, humidity etc.
