and when it was legal in Oregon and Washington to chase foreclosures and do foreclosure rescue lease back.we ONLY door knocked.. we door knocked every NOD in the 4 county metro.I had 3 teams boy girl each team.. we bought a LOT of property like this.. mainly 1 to 2 days before the auction.its was hair on fire can big risk that 90% of investors could never do.. we did not do title or escrow we handled our own deeds and paid the seller and the trustee direct.. or paid off the mortgage in full.. it was a very capital intensive business to do any volume.. but we got the deals and some very good ones.

Even with my students.Lately though, many people are accusing me of being disrespectful and patronizing when I use courtesy.

I don't want to continue posting in a thread where people accuse me of calling people names when this is obviously untrue.

I just had a new baby girl and I feel like real estate can give me the best of both worlds, balancing work with family.I cannot wait to see what to see what the future holds as I begin to put in my dos so to speak.

The small number of people that I do meet who are enthusiastic about learning about home improvement who are also suitable physically and mentally for doing the work are very simply NEVER going to settle long-term for life as a guy or girl who puts tile surround after tile surround into other people's houses for any sort of market-competitive payment. 

He actually called the police accusing us of declining to work on his vehicle!

Some have businesses that is all about marketing so I will put my war on Yellow Letters to rest for this post and will try to be as neutral as possible.Yellow Letters:If you want to come across as just some guy/girl that HAPPEN to know you want to sell your house and you send them a letter like this:sure..

It's in a very strong working class neighborhood or let's make that WCN (thanks @Lisa Phillips girl you Rock!)
