Bigger Pockets World,I am interested in buying my first rental property and have read a great deal on whether to put this in an LLC by creating a general warranty deed and deeding the property over to our LLC.

How in the world you going to get soil as firm as it was,,,it will be hollow and cause more probs.

The courses i have give me the basics but aren't going to help in the real world.
