EPDM is a dying technology simply because it's few flaws have been overcome by the advantages of TPO. 

I have an actuarial & economics background, and my focus in the business has been pricing & revenue management, as well as technology integrations (PriceLabs, iGMS, SmartThings Hub/RBoys, Lodgify, website). 

In order to make the experience of going from page one to two and so on, easier, we're using a technology that makes it so you don't have to reload the entire page.

Although I love what I do (online marketing) the tides are constantly changing with different technologies and platforms changing their rules/algorithms, so when I look to the future I don't see this being "it". 

Good Morning BP Family,I'm trying to see if there is a way to figure out which PMs leverage technology/software (appfolio, buildium, propertyware, Tenant Cloud,...) to reduce or eliminate the Payroll cost for multi family apartment buildings (16 to 100 units).

The cost to maintain them is also higher due to EPA regulations around refrigerant handling (licensing, recovery/recycling, etc.)The maintenance costs of these units, therefore, may be higher in the long run than shelling out now to replace them with newer technology systems.
