New member from Georgia

Hello All,

I am new to real estate investing. I currently do IT/Technology sales in Atlanta and am going to start investing in real estate in the Georgia market. My target is to flip houses in the 50k - 100k purchase price range and keep a look out for good rental properties. Growing a network is very important to me so I would love to talk to anyone that could share information. My goal is to build up enough of a portfolio so that I focus on real estate full time. 

This is also a good opportunity for me to spend more time with my father who I will be teaming up with. He has years of home building and estimating experience so it is a good fit. 

To say we are extremely excited and ready to hit the ground running is a true understatement! 

Any thoughts or advice is welcome.
