However from what I can see most truck drivers on the road don't just fill up and leave, you've got about 200 gallons of diesel and your travelling from NY to CA, you're probably not going to be in a hurry to get on the road especially since your probably driving 8-14 hours a day.I've also noticed that most of these drivers spend the night in the parking lot in their trucks, thus this location also has a diner and can serve dinner as well as breakfast the next morning.

I'd rather get them out ASAP with them trying to clean the house, instead of dragging it out for a long time and having them mad and trashing the house.

Those sites aren't updated like mad, so you can't always go fishing in those sites for new properties to buy, but you can use them to look at a lot of stuff: recently sold homes, interior photos to see if the place was fixed up or not, distance to schools and malls, demographics, etc.

I have been trying numerous way to build buyers list. finally getting some results. i explained to the guy that his idea has potential to work but he just got mad. he ultimately wanted me to buy his e book so when i disagreed to one of his methods, he got offended. but that won't discourage me.
