Hi,

I just wanted some thoughts on using sites like Zillow and Trulia for comps and research?

Are these site's really reliable. I've found that they're are not reliable at all. 60% of the info is found to be outdated.

Can these sites be trusted by investors...??

They are just a tool...like anything else...use it for what you can...but do not rely on it to be your end all be all for decisions.
