We saw str units in Minneapolis being priced based on str rates, we warned our investors that the were overpriced and that they needed to base price on ltr, little did we know our country would have something like this happen and dry up the market.

However I'd give a warning to the tenant before anything else, or perhaps invest in a fence, which seems like it would be necessary to me if you were going to allow dogs in the first place.

I figured $75 was a high estimate for Electricity to power the outdoor lights, flood lights covers and any other steady burning lights that are necessary for safety.As far as looking at other options for financing I have investigated the 203k and the 203k streamlined.
