We have spoken with the title company and they said they could easily take care of that, but they haven't followed up and we aren't sure of the fees associated just yet. 

So far, a company quoted me $3200 for painting, vs $6500 to install new plywood cabinets.

There really isn't anyway to contact hospitals or travel agencies to get direct housing, because I would say 99% of travel nurses take the per diem stipends and do not take company provided housing. 

I could imagine it getting very tricky with a 3rd party management company and have not heard of a company doing it.

Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of nice spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.Software has extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Company (Visible) and app are new, so a bit leery, but seems simple solution for my current needs. 

There are a lot of companies when I search in google and not really sure who to go with.

My plan would not be to landlord myself, I'd hire a management company to do the landlording.
