Has anyone used new Rent App (by Visible)?

Anyone out there using Rent App and, if so, any feedback on your experience to date?  Company (Visible) and app are new, so a bit leery, but seems simple solution for my current needs.  Appreciate any input/reviews for those who have tried it!
