I am getting conflicting information from different sources.

I predict this is someone who we would not approve, which will has the potential to create conflict.

He seems like he is very confused and conflicted about the property because in the past he has put up signs and then taken them down the next day.

I can see the wisdom in keeping your activity to being just an agent or just an investor in case conflict could be construed...but wouldn't be the same as an agent purchasing a home to live in or rehab and sell?
