A two bedroom house is not the “ideal” property in many markets, but with this being a military town where Seymour Johnson Air Force Base is located we have many service people that are single or want/have one roommate.

I do have some long term concerns about the air quality here - especially as I've heard predictions the Valley population will triple over the next 20(I think) years! 

As it stands now, the only reason I was in contact with the new tenants is my HVAC air handler is not working and they can't get a call back from the management company. 

@Tyler Chameroy, I've been looking at STRs in the Bailey/Conifer area and after running the numbers on AIR DNA and other calculators, it seems only about 30% of STR properties rent more than 180 days a year.

A/C issues are typically due to neglect like failing to clean the coils or change the air filter.
