Have you tried:- Running comps of similar properties in the area and calling those buyers directly- Posting Craigslist, Newspaper, BP, adds- Find some local meetups and market it to them- Reach out to local agents in the area and see if they have any buyers that may be interested- Reaching out to local wholesalers and shopping it to their buyers listJust a few quick ideas I would try.

It is a buy and hold strategy, as these homes don't appreciate quickly- but cash flow is the goal with these type of properties.
