Finding Commercial Property Investors
Hey BP Community!
Had a question for Real Estate professionals in Providence, Rhode Island.
I have an off-market 6 unit property I'm working in Glocester, RI and want to find the best way to find buyers. I currently live in Fort Myers, FL so I would love to find ways to find more buyers virtually. I plan to be there Thursday-Sunday this week (8/18-8-21) and hope to meet some more potential investors!
I really appreciate your suggestions and I thank you in advance! Have an amazing day :)

Have you tried:
- Running comps of similar properties in the area and calling those buyers directly
- Posting Craigslist, Newspaper, BP, adds
- Find some local meetups and market it to them
- Reach out to local agents in the area and see if they have any buyers that may be interested
- Reaching out to local wholesalers and shopping it to their buyers list
Just a few quick ideas I would try. Good luck!
