I guess if he ever became tired of the partnership and wanted to buy back my share and I was willing to sell we could get the house appraised and he could pay accordingly. 

I'm tired of convincing people to give me a job every time we relocate, so I'd like to learn about RE investing and own enough single- and multi-family rental units to replace my income.  

I'm currently flipping two properties that were sold to me by a tired landlord.

I tired reaching out to contractors but they wont work with me unless I pay them $300.

Before I mention this to the LL that they are responsible make sure your car was blocking the sensors, in my homes the sensors are too low to see the body of the car and will only obstruct the sensors line of sight if the tires are in between.  

I am tired of constantly destroying my body, working in a very hazardous environment, to simply make others rich while I barely maintain my income.

Some high end restaurants, movie theaters, and entertainment type places like a Dave and Busters but larger.Have seen modeling agencies also.Malls are trying to make it a destination place again versus places with old and tired anchors where people order online instead and then a bunch of clothing stores around it.  

It does serve to keep some tire kickers away and is more prevalent in investment properties. 

They're a great source of income, but im a little tired of dealing with tenants and the little problems.
