It probably has pretty attractive prices compared to the rest of the state, but the major industry there is the coal power plant.

Fire season is scary, abatement notices to remove ground coverings and plants that are considered high burning are listed to remove.

Whoever did the work did a really crappy job so it stands out in the middle of the hallway, even with textured walls.  

There are only two times in life to plant a tree.

@David WaddletonHi David, just outside of Pittsburgh....the Tri-State area just recently figured out that there is more natural gas there than in the Middle East, and Shell Oil Co just opened a HUGE cracking plant.

And new construction is being built and developers are planting their flags. 

Think professionals who have a vested interest in the community and keeping their noses clean, or perhaps a foreman at a local plant who has had to put in 3-5 years working his way up from the bottom.No self-employed. 

Planted 10,000 trees on 28 acres. 

I think most who live out in that area are ranch hands, plant workers and fisherman.  

Imagine how many seeds you can plant if you put a 30 year mortgage on those properties, leaving 30% equity in each, taking that cash, and putting down 20-25% on a handful of other properties (or small multi-families) and what those “seeds” would grow to be in a few short years...Leaving homes paid off, in my opinion, are for those who don’t have much life left to live...
