I think in the Greensboro area there are other service providers like Guardian that may encompass electricity too.

Therefore, you may want to consider providing them details of what your company owns at that point.Also, it is harder to start the bookkeeping in the middle of the year, you may want to have them start at 1/1/2024.Best of luck.

Hopefully she provides the receipt but if not you got sufficient discount to be acceptable.This is not a big enough expense to be bothered by.
