I pressed for a reason and the agent was not able to give me an answer.Subsequently, I contacted around 6 other companies and about half of them would also not insure the home.

This stuff looks great and last through several tenants - unlike the lesser priced press board laminate that will swell up if it gets just a little wet...Yes, you should at least have a complete set of appliances at any price - especially full retail!

@Joe Zouine I recommend the books by Nolo Press about corporations and LLCs although they are more based on them from a legal structure vs taxes.What structure you use depends on what you are going to do with the property.
