Firestone/Jiffy Lube/Merlin's or some sort local operator who is tied in at the national level with Amazon are the examples we are being given.

I have been having a had time finding that in national banks.

I strongly suggest to every landlord to get $1M liability and if your co doesn;t offer $1m move on and find someone who does.I've had coverage from most of the nationals and for many reasons they all drove me nutz!!!   

The market will correct itself for sure but IMO the City will endure as we are talking about the national and global population who I am sure will jump right in during this deleveraging downturn.

.* The City has grossly mismanaged The West Side Market, a national treasure, driving many legacy vendors out of business.* City Council is considering foolish anti-short-term-rental legislation that would be a major blow to the city's tourism-dependent economy (yeah I'm biased as an owner of an STR management company)All that being said, I still think Cleveland is a fantastic place for real estate investment.

If that's the case, you may just want to get a preapproval from a local lender or national bank, even if you plan to use your own company.

We're Inventory stricken at the moment like every other market but feel we at least have more attempts than other national investor markets.Lansing, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Downtown Detroit are our "college towns" but seems a lot of people have your idea and prices a bit more inflated.

Then look for the National brokers who are handling these deals.b. 

They are usually a bit easier to deal with than the larger national banks.
