now as far as writing off interest and these types of things - you'd have to talk to your CPA about tax advantages and disadvantages.if you wanted - it's up to you - you could send me a copy of your business plan (minus any personal info, trade secrets, etc.) just to review - i won't give you advice on anything - only my opinion.
