I posed two questions awhile ago I asked is there life after modification for investors, I had one faithful BP mod respond, second I asked this question 7 years ago of Henry Savage a columnist with the Washington Times Home Guide.

Twas a valuable lesson learned I guess.

Recently over the last month or so been listening to the bp podcast religiously, reading up on the beginners guide/blog/forums, and scouring the internet for valuable information.

Hello fellow big pocketers, Are there any commercial apartment investment business owners or potential owners that can guide me or give advice?

It is better to pass on an OK deal than to get stuck in a bad property there are plenty of houses around.I would start by reading the beginners guide here on BP (http://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investing) it is a great starting point to learning more about what you can expect in real estate investing.

First I'd suggest you read the Biggerpockets Guide to Investing, look on the blue bar, top of page, under Learn.

Michal Sieczka, here's my advice to newbies.Work for an experienced investor and agreed to be paid commission or profit split.The experience you will get is much more valuable than all the real estate seminars you will attend.
