The sewer would be brought into the house by coring a four inch hole through the concrete wall of the basement (which does not yet exist) where it would then be connected much later by the plumber to the lift station.

I bought the place roach infested, with drooping drop ceilings installed over falling plaster, leaking pipes and poorly installed windows that "fit" into the openings by installing 4 to 10 inch plywood in the gaps since the windows were not sized for the openings.
