This house is right on the edge of town with farmland behind and a block away so not much neighborhood noise.

And granted once or twice it was borderline his fault (noise hours/pool violation).

the tenant in 3/1 almost cried as we did our walk through because they do not want to move, they have lived for 3 years as back lot was rented as parking for trucking company, so im sure they have no problems with noise. 

(c) No noise, music or other sounds, or conduct or attire (or lack of) is permitted at any time in such manner as to disturb or annoy other persons.

My tenants/neighbors had a newborn baby and yet I hardly ever heard him cry or heard much of any kind of noise from my tenants.

Honestly rates still are looking smoking despite all the noise the last week.

Its easy to picture the glory of a huge passive income, but grinding though months of frugality will give you a small window into the sacrifices required to make RE work. 

Think outside the box and grind harder.
