Hi Diondra,As mentioned above, I do not think you'd be able to get FHA financing for an LLC owned property, but I could be wrong.Also, if you do your research and ensure you have an air tight lease and insurance policy on the property, you can supplement any of the benefits an LLC would provide you while owning a property in your personal name.

Does everyone just expect to pay a CPA for answers to simple and generic questions like this?

Recently I have seen numerous posts from individuals asking for generic copies of contracts, legal advice and how to resolve conflict resolutions on BP.

I would like to get to the point that the rentals will let me retire from the Army to supplement that income and give me more time with my children.
