Spend the $ Get an Attorney

Recently I have seen numerous posts from individuals asking for generic copies of contracts, legal advice and how to resolve conflict resolutions on BP. My advice to everyone is spend a few hundred bucks when your performing a transaction in the thousands and get an expert/attorney to advise you.

What makes an investor rise to the top is not necessarily his skills, but his team and his ability to be risk averse. If you do not have the $ to have an attorney review a deal, then in many instances you should not be doing the deal.  As lessons learned, if people have been burnt by not having an expert/attorney, please share your story below to educate new investors why its important to have proper team members in place.
