Whether you're a seasoned broker with years of experience, a mentor with invaluable wisdom to share, or an investor just starting and eager to learn, we can all benefit from pooling our resources and knowledge.I envision regular meetups to discuss market trends and investment opportunities and collaborate on joint ventures.

There's a dedicated group on Facebook called "Abilene Real Estate Investing Network" (with which I'm not affiliated), which would also be a great resource.

My question is, what would be my best resource for quick lending?  

I think your bigger issue is the margins on something like that.

I'm guessing there are a few Bigger Pockets members who have invested with them.  

Make sure you have established team members to call on so you don't have to scramble for that resource when the time comes.
