I had one lady act inappropriately with another agent under me and I quickly resolved it by simply having an email sent to the broker in charge of her area, problem solved immediately.

So, a few months ago I came across an app called Thumbtack and it completely changed my life......I was listening to a BP podcast and heard a lady say she hired handymen off the app and it worked really well for her.

The correct lady is on the phone now, and I say I am calling about her property in the city.

Lady, you need to be more assertive. 

The lady was super standoffish when I first called. 

They all matched, however when I had her sign another paper in front of me, she couldn't reproduce a signature that as anywhere similar, she went from a church lady to me having to call the police.There were a number of questions about the ad so I've attached them.

The ladies social worker cried when she walked through and had her sons help us with the clean up.  

I know Tracy at YLC and she's a cool lady with a good service.
