Otherwise you are stuck paying the majority of the gas - the cooking gas only runs $30/month per apt max.As for water, again, you need to have segregated piping to each unit.

My parents are pretty self sustaining , they do their own shopping, grocceries ynless it’s the heavy stuff , cleaning , cooking , I don’t wanna start being responsible of groceries, doctors appointments full time .

When I first started out wholesaling, I found Steve Cook's and Vena Jones-Cox's material very helpful.

I also enjoy cooking and listening to my extensive collection of classic rock vinyl records.

As far os guests hard on the home, I recommend screening for smokers and not allowing pets.
