Investing with a group
Happy hump day!
A good friend of mine was talking about an investment group he is apart of where he pays in X amount each project and the group cuts him a check every month. This group takes the investors money to rehab and rent out properties in the area and turns around and pays him. What is the term for this and I would love peoples insight on this type of real estate investing and how to get involved.
