Even if you sent out your 100 mailers, you need a site that is tuned for conversion to direct your "leads" to when they see your mailer.

I’m so thankful I found this site and you’re right this is a huge frustrating lesson as I saw this coming a mile away when I wanted to purchase but unfortunately it’s very much a seller’s market in Miami and I only wanted this property.

Have you done any of the direct mailing or just in general have you contacted property owners just from getting their info of the county tax site?

I’ve used these with success:cozy.co (cross posts to realtor.com and one other site I don’t recall offhand).
