These people can also be used as partners/investors once the wholesaler has established him or herself as a rain maker.

yes there really is and with ft hood not going away anytime soon if you can find a really good deal on a multi unit i think you will be able to make really good money!

Honestly, with the lower rates people took advantage of the past few years you can make really good returns overall.

I would think a better route for you is to analyze the market and properties and link up with a capital investor and make real estate investments that way.

To use California examples, simply because that's what I'm familiar with, these are your SFRs in the nice areas of San Jose, anywhere in Piedmont, nicer areas of Marin County, ritzy Los Angeles places they make Reality TV shows about, you get the idea.
